Since you distribute only one version, I should have known all along but, still... I strongly feel that a true Solaris executable should be provided as well, even though this one can run (thanks to the compatibility stuff). However, the fix is not just to "recompile". The recompilation requires some optimized parts in the code to be re-written for improved portablity. This has already been done for the new WinCE platforms and various Unix platforms will benefit from this as well.
